Will James Society Book Gifting Program   The Will James Book Gifting Program is the Society's way of bringing the wonderful stories written and illustrated by Will James to communities where people, young and old, can read about the cowboy experiences of Will James. He writes about horses, rodeos, and the cowboy way of life, like only a true cowboy can.   We donate hardcover reprints of Will James books to schools and public libraries throughout the USA and Canada. We also send softcover copies of his books to members of our armed forces around the world. We normally have the following books available for gifting (subject to change):   Books for the older reader  Books for the younger reader 1. Cowboys North and South * 1. Cowboy in the Making 2. Smoky 2. Smoky 3. The Three Mustangeers * 3. My First Horse 4. Flint Spears 4. Look-See with Uncle Bill 5. Home Ranch  * 5. In The Saddle With Uncle Bill 6. Lone Cowboy 6. Young Cowboy * These books are out of print and not currently available.   The Book Gifting Program has given over 2,800 books in the past eight years. We need your help to continue the success of this great program. We need money to buy more books and we need help to identify libraries that would like these books for their readers. Our funding has come from the proceeds of an auction held at the Society's Annual Gather as well as cash donations. We encourage you to make, and to encourage others to make, some contribution so that this gifting of books can continue to bring joy to many readers around the world. The photos on this page illustrate the success of this program. Thank you for your interest in the Will James Book Gifting Program.
